I offer training at gyms in Venice (Golds Gym) & Marina Del Rey, If you prefer to stay at home and have your own setup, I can travel to your home or apartment gym for in-person sessions.
My focus is on getting you the results you want while teaching you the mind-muscle connection.

Personal Training Pricing
Session Payment & Cancellation Policy:
All Sessions must be purchased and paid for prior to the session starting. All Package pricing must be paid in full upfront and cannot be separated. If your wish to cancel a session you have booked, you must cancel the session 24 hours prior to the time and date of the session, otherwise that session will be charged.
Online Coaching
I offer highly personalized online coaching with meal plans, training plans, and biweekly check-ins and edits to your plan. No cookie-cutter BS here! To achieve your best results, it's important that the training plan and diet suit you—your body, your needs, your goals, and the equipment you have available. You should enjoy the workouts, and the plan should fit your current level and work situation. It shouldn't be too hard but should push you enough to keep progressing in the right direction!
