Having earned championship titles in multiple bodybuilding categories, I possess in-depth knowledge of effective muscle targeting, building, and shaping techniques. I also have the nutritional expertise to help you significantly reduce body fat percentage.
My journey began in Santa Monica, California, where I played baseball and football. Inspired by my son's involvement in football, I served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Santa Monica Vikings Youth Football program from 2007 to 2014.
